Privacy

What we retrieve. When you submit a web address, we request pages that are already publicly available on that website. We do not attempt to access private, password protected or restricted areas, and we do not submit forms on your behalf.

What we store. We store the submitted address, the address we ended up on, the pages we read, the evidence found, the resulting score and findings, and the date of the test. We also store an anonymous identifier for your browser, the page you arrived from and any campaign tags in the address you used, so we can understand how the product is used.

Submitting a website is not a claim of ownership. The tool may be used to assess publicly accessible business pages — your own, a client's or a competitor's — provided it is not used unlawfully, to interfere with a website, to evade access controls or to overload a service. Testing a site establishes no ownership or affiliation, and an anonymous scan is never treated as permission to contact the tested business.

Contact details. We only hold your name, email, company and any notes when you choose to give them to us. We use them to respond to your request and, where relevant, to deliver something you bought.

Improving the product. Results may be used in anonymized or aggregate form to improve scoring, understand common problems across business types and produce benchmarks. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Abuse prevention. We apply rate limits to keep the free test available to everyone. Any technical information used for that purpose is kept to the minimum needed and is never shown alongside your results.

Using Buyable by AI through an AI assistant. When the test is run through our connector, we store the same information as above: the website you asked about, the public pages we read, the evidence, the result and the date. We also store a technical connector identifier so we can apply rate limits and understand usage. If you buy the Action Plan, Stripe processes the payment and we store the order, the entitlement and the generated report. We do not receive your Muse account details, and we do not receive your card details.

Payment records. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and never reach us. We keep the order, the amount, the currency, any tax Stripe collected, the payment reference, the email you gave at checkout and the report you bought. Payment, tax and transaction records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes may be kept for up to seven years, and Stripe retains its own records under its policies.

How long we keep things. Test results and their evidence, and the per-website summaries derived from them, are kept for twelve months, support and inquiry messages for twenty-four months, and rate-limit information for a few days at most. A purchased report stays available through your website report link for as long as your purchase record exists. The status handle issued when checkout is prepared through an AI assistant expires after 30 days. Payment, tax and transaction records may be retained longer, as described above.

Removal. To request deletion of an audit, its retrieved evidence, a generated report or contact details, use the Support form at https://buyablebyai.com/support and provide the audited website or order reference. Each request is verified and handled by a person, not automatically, and we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting a purchased report permanently removes access to it. Payment, tax and transaction records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes may be kept for up to seven years, and Stripe retains its own records under its policies.
