How payment approval works

The connector can never take a payment. When you ask for the Action Plan it prepares a Stripe checkout page and returns the link, the exact amount and a clear statement that nothing has been charged. You open that page and approve the payment yourself. Only Stripe's verified confirmation unlocks the report, which you then retrieve by asking your assistant for it.

Tools and side effects

audit_website — Write (low risk): runs the free assessment and saves the result so it can be referenced later.
start_action_plan_checkout — Sensitive write: creates a pending $49 order and a Stripe checkout link. It does not charge or complete the purchase.
report_status — Read: payment and report state.
get_action_plan — Read: returns the paid plan after Stripe confirms payment.

What is accessed

Only publicly accessible pages of the website you name. The audit never signs in, never submits forms, never creates accounts, never books anything and never attempts a purchase. Private, restricted and non-public addresses are refused.

Data and deletion

Audits, evidence, results and payment records are stored as described in our Privacy and Terms. Use the Support form for website-test problems, report access, billing, refunds, privacy requests and data-deletion requests, and provide the audited website or order reference. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting a purchased report permanently removes access to it. Payment, tax and transaction records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes may be kept for up to seven years, and Stripe retains its own records under its policies.
