AI Agent Readiness Assessment for Your Website

See whether AI customers can understand your offering, compare it, verify the buying criteria and take the next step.

Free website test — no email required

This is not a general assessment of your company's ability to adopt AI. It measures whether AI-powered customers can understand and act on your public website.

What AI-agent readiness means

When someone asks an assistant to find a venue, book a table, get a plumbing estimate or buy a specific item, the assistant does what a careful buyer does: it works out what each business sells, checks the facts that decide the choice, and then tries to act.

A website written only for humans usually fails at the second step. The information a buyer needs — price, eligibility, capacity, availability, what happens next — lives in a phone call, a PDF or a member of staff's head. The assistant cannot cite what it cannot read, so it recommends a business it can.

The eight scoring categories

  1. 01

    Offer clarity

Can a machine state what you actually sell?

  2. 02

    Decision criteria

Are the facts a buyer compares on published?

  3. 03

    Pricing

Is cost knowable without a phone call?

  4. 04

    Availability

Can it tell whether you can take the job, table or booking?

  5. 05

    Trust

Is there verifiable proof worth citing to a customer?

  6. 06

    Actionability

Is there a next step that can be completed?

  7. 07

    Transaction

Can a purchase, booking or request actually go through?

  8. 08

    Machine readability

Is any of this structured for machines rather than only for people?

How business-type adaptation works

A restaurant is judged on live availability and menu detail. A consulting firm is judged on comparable work, engagement cost and getting a call booked. A shop is judged on stock, delivery and completing a purchase. We detect the business type first, then weight the categories to match what its buyers genuinely need.

Confirmed, inferred, missing, inaccessible

Every finding carries one of four statuses, and they are never blurred together. Confirmed means we read it. Inferred means it is strongly implied. Missing means it is not on the pages we read. Inaccessible means we could not reach the page — which is a different problem with a different fix.

A buyer journey, compressed

  1. 01Understands the offerReads the home page and service pages and states what you sell.
  2. 02Checks the fitLooks for the criteria that decide the choice: size, area, eligibility, timing.
  3. 03Establishes costLooks for a price, a range or a way of getting one without a human.
  4. 04Tries to actLooks for a next step it can complete on the customer's behalf.

Limitations

  • Public pages only — nothing private, no forms submitted, no purchase attempted.
  • JavaScript-only content and bot-blocked pages return less evidence, and we say so.
  • The buyer journey is a simulation from retrieved evidence, not a transcript from an AI product.
  • A score is a diagnosis of your website, not a prediction of revenue.

Free and paid options

  • Free test: score, category evidence, buyer simulation and blockers.
  • $49 AI Buyer Action Plan: the full report, owner-by-owner priorities, a 30-day plan and one rescan.
  • Monitoring beta: upcoming recurring retesting, from $49/month. Not purchasable yet.
  • NAC implementation: we build the missing infrastructure. Engagements typically start at $5,000.

Implementation pathway

If you would rather not fix it yourself, New Age Consulting scopes the work after reviewing your result and builds it: structured commercial information, quoting, availability, booking, payments and agent-ready endpoints. Report fees are credited in full toward a qualifying implementation started within 60 days.

Questions

Is an AI agent readiness assessment the same as an AI readiness assessment?

An AI readiness assessment usually looks inward at your company's data, skills and governance. This assessment looks outward: whether AI-powered customers can understand and act on your public website.

How long does the assessment take?

Under a minute for most websites. We read your home page and the buying pages linked from it, then score what an AI buyer could actually do.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Enter your web address. Nothing is added to your site and no access is needed.

What do I get for free?

An overall readiness score, evidence-based scores for eight categories, a simulated AI buyer journey and your most important revenue blockers. No email is required.
